Dana grew up in Northern Door County, giving haircuts on her mom’s front porch long before she ever set foot in a salon. After high school, she moved to Milwaukee to study Cosmetology at Vici Capilli, then built experience in Milwaukee and New York before returning to start her career at East Town Spa. Dana later joined Groom for Men, where she became the go-to for training new assistants and barbers and earned her stripes as a master barber.

Erica found her calling behind the chair, building a reputation for precise cuts and elevated men’s grooming. After owning Groom for Men and serving as an international educator for American Crew, she shared her passion for barbering with barbers and clients worldwide. Along the way, she honed her skills as a Master Barber and mentor, helping raise the bar for modern men’s grooming. Now, as one of our newest Master Barbers at The Collective, Erica continues to do what she loves most: serving her community through her craft and curating strong, modern collections.

With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Heather is relaxed in her demeanor yet refined in her style. She takes pride in making every client feel both at ease and truly heard from the moment they sit down. Heather loves creating transformations with extensions and color for those craving a big change, and she’s equally passionate about soft, sun‑kissed balayage for a more natural look.

As the founder of The Collective, he’s constantly leveling up his skills and staying at the forefront of advances in hair coloring and styling. Shannon is equally skilled with women’s hair, bringing that same sharp eye to custom cuts and styles. With over three decades of cut, color and styling experience, Thomas is known for customizing looks to suit every lifestyle—from bold and expressive to effortlessly chic. He spent more than two decades as a National Artist for Goldwell, teaching master colorists at its U.S. academies and presenting programs across North America.
